All our Magic-Garden rooms are supplied complete and ready to use.  All electrics and plumbing if required is completed by our team.  All Magic-Garden rooms are insulated as standard.  The only additional costs are planning if required and the electrical connection from the main house to the garden room.

To minimise disruption and reduce mess on site our preferred method for foundations are ground screw piles. Screw piles reduce the time it takes to make the foundations from several days with concrete to less than one day.
