Magic Garden – Steel Frame Structures

Welcome to Magic Garden. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern all quotations, orders, payments, and cancellations related to the supply and installation of steel frame structures.

1. Scope of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions with Magic Garden. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective upon publication on our website at www.magic-garden.co.uk

2. Quotations & Orders

• Free Quotations: We provide quotations free of charge based on a basic design drawing submitted to the client for approval.

• Order Confirmation: An order is confirmed only after written approval from the client and payment of a 30% deposit.

• Design Revisions:

  • Two Free Revisions: Clients are entitled to two complimentary basic design revisions.

  • Additional Revisions (Without Dimensions): £250 per revision.

  • Dimension Drawings: £500 per drawing with full specifications.

3. Payment Terms

• 30% Deposit: Due upon order confirmation.

• 65% Balance Payment: Due before materials arrive on site.

• Final 5% Payment: Due upon job completion.

Important: Failure to make payments on time may result in order delays or cancellation.

4. Drawing Approval & Manufacturing Process

• Detailed Drawings: After receiving the deposit, we will provide detailed dimension drawings for client approval.

• Approval Deadline: Clients must review and approve drawings within the agreed timeframe. Delays in approval may affect the delivery schedule.

• Manufacturing Commitment: Once drawings are approved, manufacturing begins. No changes can be made after this stage.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation Before Manufacturing Begins:
  If a client cancels after the deposit has been paid but before manufacturing starts, the following charges will apply:

  • Abortive Order Fee: £500 (covering administrative costs and loss of profit).

  • Design/Revision Fees:

    • Basic Design Revisions (Without Dimensions): £250 per revision.

    • Dimension Drawings: £500 per drawing.

• Refund Policy:
  These fees will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining balance will be refunded to the client within 14 business days of cancellation confirmation.

Note: If manufacturing has already started, no refunds will be issued.

6. Liability & Client Responsibilities

• Client-Requested Changes: Magic Garden is not responsible for project delays caused by client-requested changes, late approvals, or non-payment.

• Approval of Designs: It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all drawings. Manufacturing will proceed based on the final approved design.

• Delays Beyond Our Control: We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to supplier disruptions, transport issues, or extreme weather conditions.

7. Legal Compliance & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom (UK). Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

8. Right to Amend Terms

Magic Garden reserves the right to change, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website and will apply immediately to all new orders.
